Deposit Fee:
All sessions REQUIRE a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 at the time of booking. Potential clients will only received a confirmation of their scheduled session if the deposit has been received. I will send a courtesy text within 24 hours if I have not received your deposit. However this is a courtesy, not an obligation. If my efforts go unmet and your deposit is not received after the 24 hours grace period, or you have not made any effort to coordinate delivery, your session request will be declined.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments through the booking portal or by contacting me directly. To retain your deposit, you must request to reschedule your session at least one day before your scheduled appointment. The rescheduled session must be booked within one month (30 days) of the original date and will only be honored once under your deposit. If the rescheduling request is made less than one day in advance, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new session will require a new $50 deposit.
Late Arrival
I like to cut out the awkwardness of adding late fees your the final bill therefore, I do not charge them. However, if you are more then 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without notice, your session will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FAQ
Do you provide RAW images?
A. No. I do not provide RAW images. Upon competition of your session you will have the opportunity to review all image taking. However, your final selection amount will be based on your package. Additional images can be requested for an additional fee.
How many pictures will I receive?
A. Please refer to each session descriptions on my booking page for the tailored image amount. The amount of images vary between sessions types.
What is included in basic edits?
A. Basic edits consist of: minor skin retouches, cropping, exposure, contrast, saturation, and images focus adjustments.
How will I received my session?
A. All sessions are delivered via online photo gallery. Once the editing process is completed you will receive a link by text and/or email directing you to your personalized gallery. Once received, you will be able to download your photos directly and share your link with family and friends. Only digital images are available for download at this time. No Prints.
What is the turn around time for receiving my session?
A. Your session will available within 7-10 business days. This wait time could possibly be shorter depending on business volume.
Can I request a rushed order?
A. Yes, I am able to rush your order. Rushed orders have a turn around time of 48 hours and have an additional fee of $50.
Do you provide props?
A. No. If there are specific props that you would like to have during your session, you are more that welcomed to bring the items with you. I do have some props, however please keep in mind that this is not always the case. Props are frequently rotated or replaced and may not be available for use during your session. Please plan accordingly.
How long do you keep my pictures?
A. Pictures are erased after 90 days (3 months) in order to clear space. We recommend you download and save your session immediately after receiving.
Terms and Services
1. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Payment can be made via Cash, Check, Cash App or Zelle. (Checks are made payable to Jecoura Photography)
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
The retainer fee is transferable to a new date within one (1) month of the original booking, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the retainer fee.
3. Session Details
Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.
Jecoura Photography reserves the right to end the session early if the photographer feels that the shoot has reached its natural conclusion.
4. Image Delivery and Editing
Galleries are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after your session.
Additional editing requests beyond basic retouching will incur an extra fee.
5. Image Usage
Clients receive personal-use rights to the images. You may share them online, print them for personal use, and include them in your personal albums.
Commercial use or resale of the images without written consent from Jecoura Photography is prohibited.
Jecoura Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, portfolio).
6. Model Release
By booking a session, you grant Jecoura Photography permission to use images from your session for marketing and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Liability
Jecoura Photography is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during the session.
In the unlikely event of a camera or equipment malfunction, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of the session fee.
